The Adventure Summit Indoor Triathlon cohosted by Up and Running includes a 15 minute run/walk, 15 minute bike ride, and 15 minute swim. Participant scores will be based on distance "traveled" over the combined 45 exercise minutes. Transitions will not be timed.
